The House Manager will oversee the daily operations and long-term maintenance of a private residence, ensuring a seamless and highly organized environment. - Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, coordinating with contractors, technicians, and service providers for timely and efficient work.
- Develop and manage household budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive household inventories for valuables, art, wines, and general supplies.
- Plan and execute household events, parties, and gatherings, coordinating all logistical details from catering to guest services.
- Manage household calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for family members as needed.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants, liaising with security teams and implementing necessary protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, record-keeping, and vendor contract management.
