About the Role
Beanlore is looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our outlet operations, drive business growth, and create exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the café
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure excellent service standards and a memorable customer experience
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and operational expenses
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
- Analyze sales and operational reports to identify opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Minimum 2 years in a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance
- Strong understanding of café operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Experience with premium cafés, specialty coffee brands, or high-volume outlets is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
