Job description:
Preferred Candidate: Ahmedabad-based candidates only
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
Plan raw material and packaging material requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and production reports using Microsoft Excel.
Handle all computer-based operational work, including data entry, ERP updates, documentation, and report preparation.
Maintain production records and planning data accurately.
Monitor inventory and support production planning activities.
Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
MBA in Operations (Mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and MIS).
Working knowledge of ERP software.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
