Responsibilities:
- To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws and policies
- Meet the assigned targets given
- Responding to client queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa needs
- Regular follow-ups with the leads and clients via calls and emails
- Assist and guide clients through the immigration process and documentation.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in the same field
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team environment
- Should be able to handle individual sales targets
- Strong convincing power
