- Hardware & Software Installation: Installing and configuring computer hardware (laptops, workstations, printers, scanners), operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and business applications.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identifying the root cause of technical glitches, software crashes, network connectivity issues, and hardware failures.
- System Maintenance: Performing routine software updates, system patches, and hardware upgrades to prevent performance degradation.
- Network Management: Monitoring LAN, WAN, and VPN performance; configuring routers, switches, and firewalls; and resolving connectivity problems.
- Account & Access Support: Setting up new user accounts, managing permissions in Active Directory, and handling password resets or identity verification.
- Data Security & Backup: Enabling two-factor authentication, monitoring for data breaches, and performing regular data backups to ensure business
