Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office HR professional to manage and oversee daily human resource functions within our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the office.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various domestic roles.
- Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified domestic staff across multiple functions.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for each role in collaboration with clients or household managers.
- Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide guidance to clients on market availability, salary trends, and candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database in Excel .

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
