We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pan Asian Chef de Partie (CDP) to join a prestigious luxury residence in Colaba, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pan Asian cuisine and experience working in reputed luxury hotels or premium Pan Asian restaurants.
Strong experience in Pan Asian cuisine with excellent knowledge of Asian cooking techniques.
Candidates currently or previously working with:
Good knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and other Southeast Asian cuisines.
Expertise in preparing sushi, dim sum, noodles, rice dishes, stir-fries, soups, sauces and Asian appetizers will be preferred.
Strong understanding of authentic Asian ingredients, flavours, cooking methods, and presentation.
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards.
Professional, well-groomed, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-end private residence.
Prepare high-quality Pan Asian dishes as per the household's preferences and requirements.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
Assist with menu planning and daily mise en place.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and quality control of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation.
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Adapt dishes according to the principal's preferences and dietary requirements.
Candidates with experience in 5-star luxury hotels and reputed Pan Asian restaurants in Mumbai or Delhi will be strongly preferred.
