Role Overview
Drive exhibitor, sponsor, and visitor acquisition for exhibitions/conferences through digital channels. Build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and maximize show footfall using performance marketing, content, and social.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Performance - Marketing Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn for exhibitor booking, sponsorship, and visitor registration
Optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels to improve CPL and conversion rates
Manage remarketing, email drip campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing for warm leads
2. Social Media & Content - Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
Create content calendars for pre-show buzz, live updates, and post-show highlights
Coordinate speaker/exhibitor spotlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes reels
Track trends and use event hashtags to grow organic reach
3. Website & SEO - Update event websites, exhibitor lists, floor plans, and registration pages
Email & CRM Marketing - Build segmented databases: exhibitors, visitors, speakers, media
Design and send EDMs for launch, early bird, last chance, and thank you campaigns
Track open rates, CTR, and optimize subject lines/copy for better engagement
5. Analytics & Reporting - Track campaign ROI using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Create weekly dashboards: leads generated, cost per lead, visitor reg trends, top channels
Share insights with sales team to align targeting and messaging
6. Event-Specific SupportRun countdown campaigns, speaker announcements, and exhibitor promos
Coordinate live coverage during show days: stories, posts, video bytesPost-event: release highlights, photo galleries, and next-edition launches.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
