Job Summary
Zomono is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record of working with both Government and Private sector clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Medical, Physiotherapy, Sports Performance, Rehabilitation, or related equipment sales, along with strong business development, client relationship, negotiation, and sales closure skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities across Government and Private sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Identify new markets, clients, and business development opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and develop long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities as required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in both Government and Private sector sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Medical, Physiotherapy, Sports Equipment, Rehabilitation, or related products is preferred.
- Strong client network and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong target orientation and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
