Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently while ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in software systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all information.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
- Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and administrative documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and office software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data management tools.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role preferred.

- Administrative Officer / HR Manager / Principal (as applicable).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
