We are looking for a motivated Junior Google Ads Expert to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of Google Ads experience, although exceptional freshers or candidates with strong practical knowledge of Google Ads will also be considered.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage Google Ads Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Write compelling ad copies and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign metrics.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (preferred).
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work closely with the senior Google Ads team to achieve client goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads (preferred).
- Candidates with excellent Google Ads knowledge and hands-on practice may also apply.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Knowledge of keyword research, match types, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of landing page optimization
- Basic knowledge of SEO is an added advantage
