Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Faculty to teach foundation-level students preparing for competitive exams such as NEET and JEE. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for school-level learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lectures for foundation classes.
- Build strong conceptual understanding in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with NEET/JEE foundation curriculum.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and practice tests.
- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students to improve academic performance and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes and exam patterns.
- Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum planning and improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (M.Sc. preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in NEET/JEE or foundation-level coaching is highly desirable.
- Strong command over core Chemistry concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling foundation batches.
- Familiarity with NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to use digital tools for teaching (smart boards, online platforms).

Compensation

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
