Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in expanding business opportunities for our uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows products.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information in CRM and databases.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
