Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fractional CTO to provide strategic technology leadership and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of operating at a CIO/CTO level, guiding technology strategy, modernization efforts, and business-aligned technology decisions without being involved in day-to-day operational management.
The role is designed for a senior technology leader who can work in a flexible advisory capacity while providing strong strategic direction and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and guide the overall technology strategy and roadmap
- Lead technology transformation and modernization initiatives
- Advise leadership teams on digital transformation, cloud adoption, scalability, and enterprise architecture
- Align technology initiatives with business and client objectives
- Provide strategic oversight on technology platforms, processes, and governance
- Mentor internal technology teams and leadership members
- Support vendor evaluations, solution architecture reviews, and technology decision-making
- Participate in leadership discussions, strategic planning, and transformation programs
Required Skills & Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in technology leadership roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, digital platforms, and modernization strategies
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to provide strategic direction in a part-time/advisory capacity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Housing, Development, or Property Management domains
- Prior experience as a Fractional CTO, CIO, Technology Advisor, or Consultant
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, AI-driven transformation, analytics, and digital innovation initiatives
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
