- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to recruit Civil Engineers and Project Managers.
- Good knowledge of ESI, EPF, payroll, attendance, and employee record maintenance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project/site documentation effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
