Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents regarding school admissions.
- Handle admission-related inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with parents to encourage campus visits and complete the admission process.
- Maintain and update the admissions database and call records.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team to schedule meetings and school visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build positive relationships with parents through effective communication.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all admission leads.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/data management.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
