Job Summary
The booking coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating premium cab reservations for services including airport transfers, local disposal, expatriate duty, and outstation travel. The role involves handling client bookings, vehicle allocation, trip monitoring, customer coordination, and ensuring seamless service delivery with high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and confirm booking requests through phone, email, WhatsApp, or booking portals.
- Coordinate bookings for:
- Airport Transfers (pick-up and drop)
- Local Disposal / Hourly Packages
- Expatriate Duty / Dedicated Chauffeur Services
- Outstation Duties and Intercity Travel
- Plan and assign suitable vehicles and chauffeurs as per client requirements, schedules, and service standards.
- Monitor trip schedules, reporting times, driver deployment, and route coordination.
- Ensure timely sharing of duty details, chauffeur details, and trip instructions with customers.
- Track ongoing trips and proactively handle delays, amendments, escalations, or emergencies.
- Maintain booking logs, trip sheets, duty rosters, and reservation records accurately.
- Coordinate with operations, chauffeurs, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Handle VIP / premium client requests with a high level of discretion and service orientation.
- Support billing inputs, duty closures, and reconciliation of completed trips.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of premium chauffeur-driven transport operations.
- Strong booking coordination and dispatch management skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, booking software, GPS tracking systems, and email coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and scheduling accuracy.
- Problem-solving and escalation handling skills.
- Knowledge of city routes, airport procedures, and outstation logistics preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in transport operations, travel desk, reservations, or cab booking coordination.
- Experience in the premium mobility / corporate transport segment will be an advantage.
