We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential customers and understand their business needs.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain key benefits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and maintain accurate sales records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of the sales process and lead management.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
