Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Consulting Doctor to lead our hair restoration department. In this role, you will diagnose hair loss conditions, recommend customized treatment plans, and perform or oversee advanced surgical and non-surgical procedures (FUE, PRP, GFC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultation & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough scalp and hair analyses (trichoscopy) to diagnose hair loss conditions and design personalized treatment protocols.
- Non-Surgical Treatments: Administer non-surgical therapies such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate), and mesotherapy.
- Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Educate patients on post-procedure care, prescribe necessary medical regimens, and conduct follow-up sessions to monitor hair growth progress.
- Medical Compliance & Records: Ensure 100% accurate documentation of patient files, medical history, and procedural details in the clinic's management software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager, Customer Relations Officers (CROs), and nursing staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient journey.
Key Requirements:
- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS with Valid registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Malayalam and English is highly preferred).
- A keen eye for aesthetic detail, symmetry, and natural hairline design.
