- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process-related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of process development.
- Document process changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of industrial process design principles including chemical, thermal, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with scaling manufacturing workflows and improving quality control measures.
- Competence in specifying and selecting appropriate equipment for process optimization.
