Job Summary
Techhansa Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization effectively.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, company policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with software development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, project documentation, and change management processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Resolve conflicts, remove project roadblocks, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Support post-implementation reviews and ensure successful project closure.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of software development technologies and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (IT/Operations) or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.
Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing software development or IT implementation projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is preferred.
