Job Responsibilities
- Lead procurement of plastic raw materials and metal components.
- Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost, quality, and timely supply.
- Manage vendor development, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
- Handle procurement of consumables, MRO, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with Production & PPC for material planning and inventory control.
- Lead CapEx/project procurement (molds, dies, machinery, plant setup).
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
- Prepare MIS, cost analysis, and ensure documentation compliance.
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing procurement/supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of plastics, metals, and assembly manufacturing.
- Experience in vendor development and project procurement.
- Good negotiation and cost control skills.
- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
