Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit across multiple brands.
- Ensure smooth SKU onboarding, listing, and catalogue hygiene across all platforms.
- Optimize product pages including titles, keywords, images, pricing, and A+ content.
- Coordinate with platform KAMs/category managers to improve visibility and sales growth.
- Monitor and manage inventory planning, replenishment, stock availability, and avoid stock-outs.
- Work closely with warehouse/distributor/supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment.
- Execute platform promotions, deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns effectively.
- Manage Amazon Ads / Sponsored campaigns in coordination with agencies or internal teams.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, ROAS, conversions, traffic, and ranking.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports for each platform and brand.
- Conduct competitive pricing and market analysis to maintain profitability and positioning.
- Handle operational escalations including order issues, cancellations, returns, and platform challenges.
- Manage 4–5 brands simultaneously, ensuring consistent growth and brand presentation across platforms.
