About the Role
Cloud Dhobi Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Recruiter to support rider hiring operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery riders to meet the company's workforce requirements.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit delivery riders through field visits, referrals, local networks, and job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job roles, salary, and incentives.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Coordinate rider onboarding and joining processes.
- Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports.
- Build candidate pipelines to meet hiring targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to fulfill manpower requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas for recruitment activities.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
