Job Title: Video Editor

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can craft high-impact visual content across social media, advertisements, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and modern editing tools like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for ads, reels, YouTube, and brand campaigns
- Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and animations
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative direction
- Optimize content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and retention-focused edits
- Handle color grading, sound design, and visual consistency
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends and viral content formats
Required Skills & Tools
- 1–2 years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Experience with at least one or more of the following tools:
- DaVinci Resolve (for color grading & professional workflows)
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut (for reels and short-form editing)
- Strong understanding of:
- Storytelling & pacing
- Hook-based short-form editing
- Social media content formats
Good to Have
- Motion design skills (titles, kinetic typography, animations)
- Experience in performance marketing creatives
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator
- Understanding of viral content patterns & retention metrics
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must share a portfolio/showreel including:
- Reels / short-form edits
- Ad creatives
- Motion graphics work
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
