Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ERP and CRM implementation projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
- Configure, test, and support ERP/CRM solutions
- Provide user training and documentation support
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Ensure smooth adoption of ERP/CRM systems across organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Knowledge of databases, software applications, or business processes is an advantage
