Transport Supervisor
Sri Lakshmi Group is looking for a dedicated and responsible Transport Supervisor to manage day-to-day transport operations and ensure smooth vehicle movement.
Location: Salem
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily vehicle movements and trip schedules.
- Supervise drivers and ensure timely reporting and dispatch.
- Maintain trip sheets, fuel records, and vehicle documentation.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for trip settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Handle driver attendance, leave, and operational issues.
- Prepare daily and monthly transport reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–5 years in Transport, Logistics, Fleet Management, or Operations.
- Freshers with strong administrative and coordination skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Qualification:
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance).
