Job Summary:
We are looking for a sincere and enthusiastic Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative activities. Freshers with good knowledge of MS Excel, basic communication skills, and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Candidates residing nearby will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and other documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related reports.
- Handle employee reimbursement records and documentation.
- Manage official WhatsApp groups and employee communication.
- Assist in recruitment activities, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain office records and provide administrative support.
- Prepare reports in MS Excel as required by management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate residing near the company location will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
