- Hands-on experience with Delcam/Autodesk PowerMill.
- Experience in Pattern Programming and CNC Machine Setting.
- Knowledge of steel casting pattern/model requirements.
- Good understanding of CNC machining and cutting tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Knowledge of machining allowances, tool selection, feeds, and speeds.
- Experience with 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis CNC machining is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
