Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate property information. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads. Schedule and coordinate property site visits. Maintain client databases, CRM records, and call logs. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and closures. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Graduate preferred. Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
