Position: Patient Care Executive (PCE)
Department: Hospital / Healthcare Services
Reporting To: Patient Care Manager / Hospital Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assistance & Coordination
- Assist patients and attendants with registration, admission, discharge, and appointments.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies.
- Patient Relationship Management
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive patient experience and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Facilitate timely communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain patient records and update information in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient data.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/HIS).
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital patient care, front office, or customer service roles.
Pay: ₹11,730.48 - ₹30,252.40 per month
