Job Description – AMC Coordinator
Location: Noida Sector 58
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible AMC Executive to manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth service operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, client handling ability, and basic knowledge of AMC/service coordination.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage and maintain AMC records, renewals, and service schedules.
- Coordinate with customers regarding AMC services, complaints, and requirements.
- Follow up with clients for AMC renewals and pending payments.
- Coordinate with service engineers for scheduled visits and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and customer databases.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and AMC-related documents.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding AMC status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in AMC / Service Coordination / Customer Support profile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good email drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
