- Key responsibilities
- Prospect assigned NCR clusters and segments; reach decision-makers by call, visit and referral.
- Run a high volume of first-touch conversations and book qualified meetings into the team's calendar.
- Give a quick value pitch on the spot — given the low price point, getting the meeting is the main task, not a hard close.
- Identify anchor / high-volume accounts and flag them to the BDM.
- Log every contact and outcome in the CRM the same day.
Ideal candidate profile
- 0–3 years in field sales / tele-sales; freshers with strong communication considered at the lower band.
- Energetic, presentable, fluent in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with daily travel, high-volume outreach and same-day CRM logging.
- Owns a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
