Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, explain products, generate sales, and maintain excellent showroom experience. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain showroom display and product knowledge
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability
- Update customer details in CRM / Excel
- Handle billing coordination and payment follow-ups
- Build good relationships with architects, dealers, and customers
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, CRM)
- Customer handling and convincing skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Intermediate
- 1–3 years of showroom or retail sales experience (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,646.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month
