Manager – Business Development (Corporate Office Interiors)

About the Role:
Morphora Spaces is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network and proven track record in Corporate Office Interiors & Design-Build Fit-Out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for corporate office fit-out projects.
- Meet architects, PMC firms, corporates, consultants, and channel partners to develop leads.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
- Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the sales pipeline using CRM.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development within Corporate Office Interiors/Fit-Out industry.
- Strong network in the commercial real estate, corporate, or interior fit-out sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
