Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)
Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift
Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT
Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries
