We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented TPA Executive cum Sales & Support Executive to manage hospital empanelment services and convert qualified leads into successful empanelment partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with hospitals, handling client support, and driving business growth through effective sales and relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Empanelment & TPA Coordination
- convert leads to sales end-to-end hospital empanelment processes with TPAs, insurance companies, corporates, and healthcare networks..
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Contact and engage with hot leads provided by the company/client who have already shown interest in hospital empanelment services.
- Explain service offerings, address concerns, and convert leads into active clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Build strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, administrators, and management teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Provide professional support to hospitals and clients through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen long-term relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare services, TPA operations, insurance, customer support, business development, or hospital empanelment.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Required Skills
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Experience in handling telephonic sales and lead conversion.
- Excellent customer support and relationship management abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sales healthcare, insurance, TPA, hospital marketing, or empanelment services will be preferred.
- Confident in interacting with hospital administrators, management teams, and healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
