As part of this team, you will work with clients to improve core finance processes, support Oracle-enabled transformation, and help drive greater visibility, efficiency, and control across the finance function. Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle Cloud Finance engagements that help organizations improve finance operations, strengthen reporting, and enable scalable transformation.
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions across modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional design recommendations.
- Execute testing activities, support defect resolution, and help drive issue tracking through implementation and stabilization phases.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve finance processes across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
- Work with onsite and offshore team members to deliver project work products on time and support day-to-day engagement needs.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience supporting Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.
- Experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Financials implementation.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Experience collaborating with clients on finance process enhancement initiatives.
- Experience working across end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- BE, B.Tech, M.C.A., M.Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
Preferred:
- Experience leading an Oracle applications workstream.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Projects modules.
