At Alarm India,
we operate a 24×7 Centralized Monitoring Station
that monitors security alarms for NBFCs and other
organizations. As an Operator, your job is to monitor
alarm events on a computer, contact the concerned
branch staff whenever an alarm is received,
update the event status in the system,
and escalate the issue if required.
This is an office-based computer and communication role,
so basic computer knowledge, good communication skills,
and the ability to work in day and night shifts are essential.
We work on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule with 12-hour shifts.
One month training will be provided before you start handling
live operations.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
