Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle email communication and follow-ups on behalf of the Director
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
- Assist in travel planning and scheduling
- Support in basic MIS and data management tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
