The Loan Servicing Quality Control Analyst is responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy in newly boarded loan files. The role involves checking data against loan documents, correcting any errors, and ensuring all loans are boarded into the ICE MSP Servicing System without defects and within deadlines.
- Review daily new loan boarding files and identify data errors.
- Compare loan data with documents in ICE Encompass and correct inaccuracies.
- Perform pre-boarding and post-boarding quality checks on 100% of new loans.
- Record and report defects to management to help improve process accuracy.
- Follow detailed checklists, training materials, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams via email, calls, and video meetings.
- Handle additional quality control or data review tasks as assigned.
- Education: Minimum 12th grade/diploma; bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: 23 years in data entry, quality control, accounting, or auditing roles.
- Understanding of loan boarding and quality assurance processes preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ICE Encompass and ICE MSP systems (training provided).
- Strong analytical, data accuracy, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams.
