Job Description
Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end service delivery for Life Insurance operations, including new business processing, underwriting support, policy servicing, claims, and customer service. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, regulatory requirements, and service expectations, ensuring alignment across delivery teams. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the life insurance value chain. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, including data privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Partner with transformation, analytics, and digital teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Manage escalations and complex case handling, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring team members, driving capability development, and promoting best practices in life insurance operations. Support business growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to solution design, and participating in client presentations and reviews. Ensure audit readiness and maintain robust documentation and governance practices across all operational processes.
