Role Description
The Sales & Bidding Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, crafting proposals, and overseeing bidding processes. This full-time, on-site role, based in Indore, also involves maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, driving team sales performance, and participating in training or team development initiatives. The role requires effective engagement with clients and prospects to meet sales goals and support overall business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. (Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms)
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to enhance skills and improve performance.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and familiarity with bidding processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in relationship management and strategic thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT services/solutions (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work from office (Indore location)
Compensation:
- Salary will be based on your experience and expertise
- A fixed component will be offered according to your knowledge and experience
- Additional earnings through a performance-based commission structure
