Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Attend machine breakdown calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Follow up for AMC & CMC contracts
- Install machines at customer sites
- Provide demonstrations at customer locations
- Analyze customer stock
- Conduct on-site inspections
- Ensure complete customer support and satisfaction
- Payment follow-up, if required
Note:
This is a field-based/traveling role. You will be required to visit client locations to provide service and maintenance support for medical equipment.
