Job Title: Solar Sales Manager

About the Role:
We're looking for a Solar Sales Manager to drive sales of solar products/solutions, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to pitch solar solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Coordinate with technical team for project execution post-sale
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and government schemes/subsidies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sales or B2B/B2C sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
Preferred:
- Existing network in solar/EPC/real estate/industrial sectors
- Knowledge of solar subsidy schemes and financing options
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
