Job Description
A Field Executive is responsible for performing tasks outside the office, including meeting clients, conducting field visits, collecting information, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the company. The role requires regular travel and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients, customers, or assigned locations for business-related activities
- Conduct field surveys, inspections, or data collection as required
- Promote company products or services and generate leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Submit daily field activity and progress reports
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Verify documents, collect payments, or complete assigned operational tasks
- Resolve customer queries and provide on-site support
- Ensure achievement of assigned targets and deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license may be preferred
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in field operations, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with local areas and routes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
