Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Sales: Develop and implement strategies for branch sales, conduct loan camps, build builder tie-ups, and drive overall business development.
- Operations & Processing: Ensure smooth loan processing, timely disbursement, manage branch accounts, and facilitate smooth coordination with Head Office.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to branch managers and staff, motivating them to meet performance goals.
- Portfolio Quality & Collections: Monitor delinquencies, ensure timely resolution (Bucket X/IX), achieve early mortality targets, and manage escalated collection issues.
- Compliance & Control: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal/regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and report to higher management.
- Customer Service: Ensure prompt and best-in-class customer service across the cluster.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Admin, etc.).
