The Senior Inspector - Quality Control is responsible for conducting operational inspections and maintaining technical quality documentation at the TAG Unit. This role focuses on on-line production testing, visual verification of products, and the systematic logging of rejections to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Conduct real-time testing of products on the production line to ensure quality compliance.
Perform detailed visual inspections of finished and semi-finished goods for defects.
Execute internal testing protocols to verify product performance and specifications.
Maintain and update the 'Rejection Log Sheet' systematically to track quality deviations.
Prepare and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports specifically for the QC department.
Utilize MS Office and ERP systems for data entry, documentation, and quality reporting.
Identify and report recurring production issues to the supervisory team.
Ensure all inspected goods meet the required organizational quality benchmarks before further processing.
Proficiency in testing on-line production quality within a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in visual inspection and internal performance testing.
Experience in maintaining rejection log sheets and technical documentation.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and working within an ERP environment.
Capability to prepare accurate MIS reports for quality control analytics.
