We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, well-organized, and have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Maintain records, files, and basic documentation
- Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups
- Perform basic office and administrative tasks
- Help with online research and data entry when required
- Support personal and professional tasks as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality of information at all times
