Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments (operations, finance, stores) and suppliers
- Understand stakeholder requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials/services
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for better pricing and service
- Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Ensure purchase orders (POs) are created and processed accurately
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery while updating stakeholders regularly
- Handle vendor negotiations in coordination with management
- Resolve issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Good knowledge of ERP systems for purchase order processing, tracking, and reporting
- Strong experience in cost negotiation with vendors to achieve competitive pricing
- Experience in procurement of engineering consumables and bought-out items
- Ability to handle vendor development and maintain long-term supplier relationships
- Understanding of technical specifications related to engineering materials

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
